Eoin has been with the practice since 2010. He graduated from UCC with a degree in Commerce in 2008 and became Eoin has been with the practice since 2010. Eoin’s main practice areas include immigration, personal injury and property.
Joseph joined the Practice in June 2023. Joseph qualified as a Solicitor in 1982. He has worked as such since Joseph joined the Practice in June 2023. Joseph qualified as a Solicitor in 1982. He has worked as such since then, mostly in the areas of conveyancing, residential, commercial, personal injuries, medical negligence, probate and administration including acting for developers and builders. He was Sole Trader for 12 years prior to joining Joyce & Co Solicitors.
Jade joined the practice in 2019. She graduated from Griffith College Cork in 2009 with an LLB Honours Degree Jade joined the practice in 2019. Jade went on to work as a Legal Executive & later completed her apprenticeship in a busy General Practice in Cork City where she gained vast experience in all areas of Law.
Emma joined Joyce & Co. Solicitors in 2020 and specialises in the areas of Property Law and Wills/Probate. Emma Emma joined Joyce & Co. Emma qualified as a solicitor in 2018 having previously completed her traineeship in a busy general practice here in Cork. Emma previously worked for a leading accountancy firm as a member of their Company Secretarial & Legal division, where she gained comprehensive knowledge & experience of Company Law. Emma graduated from UCC with an honours BCL degree and a Masters in Business Law.

In addition to specialising in the area of Personal Injury litigation, Elaine works within our property department. She is a native of Limerick and graduated from the University of Limerick in 2010 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2017.

Prior to joining Joyce & Company, Hayley spent a number of years working in Personal and Executive Assistant roles in both London and Cork.
