Administration of Estates

If a person passes away, their belongings and assets will need to be divided in accordance with their wishes (if they have made a valid will) or in accordance with the laws of intestacy (if they have not made a valid Will).

We are experts in advising on the relevant process and in carrying out the division of a person’s belongings and assets. Belongings and assets may include but are not limited to houses, land, bank accounts, jewellery and insurance policies.

Making a Will

Do you have assets but no Will? As experts in Will Drafting and Estate Planning, we ensure the highest standard of professionalism during this process.

This process will involve at least two consultations with a solicitor.
